A “mogote” (N. 1)

This hill, marked number 1, is called a “mogote,” which is a term that sometimes referred to human-made hills (often called pyramids today). Its being the first item in the numbered sequence is not a coincidence. This was the starting place of the legendary migration from Zaachila that would eventually lead to the settlement of Mixtepec.
