This Nahuatl text is fragmentary; the final word of the sentence appears in the middle of the hill, below. The text starts as though it is going to refer to a person (”yehuatl”), but then it does not. Instead it shifts to saying “here [is the place] called....” It is as though “yehuatl” is meant as a stand in for place name, which is unusual in colonial Nahuatl. [SW]
