place glyph (for Tlacopan, i.e. Tacuba?)

This glyph has a clear “tepetl” element (hill, mountain) with “atl” (water) coming out of it; together these stand for “altepetl” (the socio-political unit that we might call a town in this case). Seven “xochitl” (flowers) come out of the top. This may be the glyph for Tlacopan (Tacuba, today). The gloss is eroded.
