Seated Lady (Generation I-1)
This lady was married to the crown prince of the Tilantongo lineage. Her name was “Precious Quetzal.” According to the Codex Bodley (p. 6-ii), her calendar name was 2 Grass. She came from a place represented by a topograph consisting of two parts: (I) an altar with a white flower in its interior -probably chiyo-yuhu, “altar of the yuhu flower,” the Mixtec name of Suchixtlán (Yanhuitlán). (II) Two stones and two crossed legs (1), the name of an unknown place, maybe within the Suchixtlán territory. She was the mother of prince 2 Rain “Twenty Jaguars” (Generation II).
Señora Sentada (Generación I-1)
Esta señora se casó con el prícipe heredero del linaje de Tilantongo. El nombre de la señora es 'Quetzal Precioso'. Según el Códice Bodley (p. 6-ii), su nombre calendárico era 2 Hierba. Ella vino de un lugar cuyo topograma consiste de dos elementos: (I) un altar con una flor blanca en su interior -probablemente chiyo-yuhu, 'altar de la flor yuhu', el nombre mixteco de Suchixtlán (Yanhuitlán). (II) Dos piedras y un par de piernas cruzadas (1), nombre de un lugar desconocido, quizás dentro del territorio de Suchixtlán. Ella fue la madre del príncipe 2 Lluvia 'Veinte Jaguares' (Generación II).
