This page, which is the front side of the fifth folio of eighteen folios (5 recto), is typical of the image-heavy pages that feature landscapes included in these territorial claims of San Cristóbal Texcalucan and Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa in the municipality of Huixquilucan (modern State of Mexico) late in the Spanish colonial period.
A brown stain is visible in the binding, about half way down the page. A (water?) stain appears in the upper right corner of the page, as well.
A series of hills covers most of the page and we also find some text at the bottom. A signature, possibly doodlling, also appears in the upper right quadrant.
The hills are a dark gray or brown color, outlined with watercolor. They have a little shading on the right side, suggesting a light source from the left. A few trees seem to be indicated, but not a lot of vegetation.
The text here refers to the 400 mecatl (cords) of land in the place called Texcalteticpac.

Esta página, que es el lado delantero del quinto folio de dieciocho folio (5 recto), es típico de las páginas de imagenes pesadas que representan paisajes que incluyen en estos reclamos territoriales de San Cristóbal Texcalucan y Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa en el municipi de Huixquilucan (el estado moderno de México) tarde el el período colonial español.
Hay una mancha visible en la encuadernación, en la mitad de la primer página. Otra mancha (¿de agua?) aparece en el rincón superior derecho de la página.
Una series de colinas cubre la mayor parte de la página y nosotros tambien encontramos algún texto en le fondo. Una firma, posiblemente garabatos, también aparece en la derecha superior del cuadrante.
Las colinas son grises oscuras o color cafe, resumido con acuarela. Ellos tienen un poco de sombra en el lado derecho, sugeriendo una fuente de luz del lado izquierdo.
