This page, which is the back side of the eleventh folio (11 verso) of eighteen folios, is typical of the image-heavy pages that feature landscapes included in these territorial claims of San Cristóbal Texcalucan and Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa in the municipality of Huixquilucan (modern State of Mexico) late in the Spanish colonial period.
On this page we see an indigenous woman sitting on the ground and an indigenous man standing above her. They are both gesturing with their hands, a probable symbol of their authority and status. The text identifies these people as nobles, don Lucas Chimalpopoca and doña Maria Teçoçomoctzin, and founders of the tlaxilacalli of Santa María Mateltzin [Magdalena Chichicaspa, presumably].
A brown stain appears in the binding at about the middle of the page. Another stain appears in the upper left corner.
