This page, which is the front side of the thirteenth folio (13 recto) of eighteen folios, is typical of the image-heavy pages that feature landscapes included in these territorial claims of San Cristóbal Texcalucan and Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa in the municipality of Huixquilucan (modern State of Mexico) late in the Spanish colonial period.
On this page we see a Christian church and six smaller, cubicle buildings (houses?) around it.
There are two texts on this page. One mentions Altepepan, or refers to the inside of the altepetl, seemingly pertaining to Huitzuilocan (Huitzilucan, today), which has an association with Tlacopan (Tacuba, today). The other refers to the church for which Mary (Magdalen?) is the patron saint, which seems to be a reference to the church at Chichicaspa. The full implication is that Chichicaspa is a dependency of Huitzquilucan.
A brown stain appears in the binding at about the middle of the page. Another stain appears in the upper right corner.

Esta página, que es la parte delantera del folio trece (13 verso) de dieciocho folios, es típica de las páginas con imagen-pesada que documenta paisajes incluyendo estos reclamos territoriales de San Cristóbal Texcalucan y Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa en el municipio de Huixquilucan (Estado de México) posteriormente en el período colonial Español.
En esta página vemos una iglesia Cristiana y seis pequeñas, edificios como cubículos (casa?) alrededor de ella.
Hay dos textos en esta página. Uno menciona Altepepan, o se refiere a la parte de adentro del atepeti, aparentemente perteneciendo a Huitzuilocan (hoy, Huitzilucan), quien tiene una asociación con Tlacopan (hoy, Tacuba). El otro se refiere a la iglesia de la cual María (Magdalena ?) es la santa patrona, lo cual parece ser una referencía a la iglesia de Chichicaspa. La implicación completa es que Chichicaspa es una dependencia de Huitzquilucan.
