chinampa agricultural strips

This detail shows the swirling waters around the chinampas (shown as dark rectangles going different directions), with possibly two hills showing vegetation going up one side and over the top. Some parcels at the top left of this detail may represent a different type of agricultural land. We do not have glosses identifying the chinampas (or what might have been called chinamitl in Nahuatl at this time). [SW]
