Detail of the Christian church of Tolcayuca, near the center of the manuscript. The church is outlined in black ink and painted gray. The view is three-dimensional. The arched door or doorway is painted with a yellowish watercolor. The church has a two-tiered bell tower, topped with a cupola and, above that, a cross. One of the openings on the bell tower is drawn in black ink. The roof of the church appears to be flat.
The wear and tear on the manuscript, as it was folded and unfolded over the years, is visible in the tearing around the base and at the back of the church.

La entrada está pintada con acuarelas amarillentas.La iglesia tiene una torre de dos pisos, una cúpula con una campana, y encima una cruz. Una de las aberturas de la torre está coloreada en tinta negra. El techo de la iglesia parece ser plano.
El desgaste en el manuscripto, como fue doblado y desdoblado a través de los años, es visible en la rajadura alrededor de la base y en la parte posterior de la iglesia.
