cross in stone pile
This is a detail of a cross planted in a pile of stones at the edge of the manuscript, near the pyrammid-shaped feature glossed Chichiltepetl. It is a simple line drawing in black ink. The stones are represented here with small round circles, in contrast to the simple ink dots used for some of the other stone piles with crosses, but as with the other examples, this is probably meant to represent a boundary marker.

La figura está representada por una linea dibujada en tinta negra, y las piedras están representadas por pequeños círculos a diferencia de otras imágenes en donde aparecían representados por simples puntos. La figura probablemente representa una mojonera.
