f. 8v., two indigenous men standing

No elements found.

On this folio, 8 verso, we see two indigenous men, both with what appears to be a single feather atop their heads, quivers with arrows on their backs, skirt-like garments that run from their waists to their knees. These garments are made of animal hide (jaguar pelts?) painted brown with black spots. The skin of the two men is painted brown. They are both barefooted, and they appear to be walking with arms bent at the elbows. The one on our left holds a single arrow in his right hand. [SW]
