f. 13v., two trees and a cactus

The scene shown on folio 13 verso consists of two trees and one large nopalli plant. They are all outlined in black and painted green. The trees may be two different types. The text explains that this is “Xalamatitlan,” and the land here measures 200 cords on both sides. All of it is the property of the people of the altepetl. [SW]
