This is a detail of two birds, presumably eagles. Each one stands atop a hill or mountain. Both have their wings spread out. They are outlined in black ink and are washed with a gold or yellow watercolor. The assumption that these are eagles is based on the text on this page which refers to the place where the eagles dwell.
