In this text we learn that this place is called Huytztepec, where 200 mecates of land stretch out (into the distance), and this is the property of the people of the barrio (tlaxilacalli) of San Miguel. The ink here is a brownish color, the same as the principal text of the manuscript, and the handwriting is the same, all of which would suggest that it was made by the same person at the same time.
